Just to point out it if it's an '84, it's not an S4.  It would be an S, and it is apparently a stick.  Might make a neat beater with cheap paintjob or a vinyl wrap.

I like the painted refrigerators and line of colorful toilets all laying around outside. Their neighbors must love them.

But can you see through the paint on the windows to drive it?
