That's a mess. Leaving any race kart out in the elements ruins it in short order. If the seller can't be bothered to pull it outta the weeds for marketing purposes, they probably did a crap job of maintaining it.
And I cannot imagine running a 125 shifter kart on a dirt oval. They're an incredible handful on asphalt.
