NMNA but seems sort of cool.
Oh, god. So, the worst sounding v8 and a horrible interior in a car, that if stock, is an appreciating classic, along with bad paint and too high a ride height. Expensive rednecking.

Agreed, this particular car is a nightmare. But, I must admit I'm intrigued by the general idea of a SBC (LSx, of course) in an early 928. It would surely perform better and be more reliable than the Porsche V8. And, unlike a 944, the 928's axles and brakes and such are designed for V8 torque. Hmm.......
So not a fan of engine swapped P-cars regardless if, on paper, the engine outperforms the original stock. Kinda takes away from its Porsche-ness (take that how you will).

I agree.
For whatever reason 928's (particularly LSx swaps) have been floating in my head recently. Nice that this one is a completed project. But that interior, hood scoop and tires with too high of a profile are really killing it for me.
I like engine swaps in general, but not so much in a 928. Even LSx. For later cars, they already had around 300 hp or more. 928 electrics and other stuff may not be so reliable, but the engines are pretty good (as long as the timing belt is up to date). Euro cars are on the edge of interference. Guessing a broken belt and the cheap option is swap.
