looks like all the hard to find stuff is there and looks like the body is in good shape. my main concern would be making sure the frame (and to a lesser extent the seat frames) are rust free.
Everyone has all the confidance when taking a car apart..Sadly so many Lotus's have been touched by idiots with more confidance then skill.
Way overpriced. 2k max.
5k is def too much but its hard to find one with a title and intact glass so I'd say 3k is maybe more reasonable
