Man that seems right up someone from our forums alley. Lists no visible VIN with a clear photo of the VIN. I'm wondering if it doesn't run simply because they lost the key. Looks like it has a bad mold problem. Now that makes me think flood vehicle or driven into a lake. I wouldn't bid without an eyes on inspection due to that alone.

Based on the photos, it looks like someone just pulled it out of a lake. I agree about an in-person inspection first.

HUH? its got a picture of the VIN plate ...

and you must not be from around here, because any car parked under a tree in your yard  in DC is gonna look like that within 6 months ... its not pulled out of  a lake.
