Was a rv tow car, so actual miles much less

What a load of BS.

On the plus side, I've knocked down 40+ MpG in a 5 speed 2000 single cam on more than one occasion.    But only on rural 2 lane highways where I didn't have to push 70 MpH.

Without any photos of the interior or rear sills there is no way to tell how nice this one really is.

I paid $4300 for a 23k mile SL2 in California in March '21 and thought I overpaid for it.  Cars & Bids.  With a little cleanup the car was nearly as new but that will change since my daughter is daily driving it.

I've seen that written in more adds than I can count. Roll my eyes every time.
Could it be some cars actually rack up odometer miles from being towed 4 wheels down? That would be dumb, but maybe?

Older vehicles with a cable driven speedometer do.

But not this Saturn.
