Is that the only American market car with 3-lug wheels? Or are there others?

Other Renault models had 3-lug as well. Dauphine, 8 and 10, etc.
Looks like the Smart car has / had 3-lug wheels? I don't like it!
My 2CV Citroen had 3 bolt rims
Buddy had one of those in high school. We had to push start him nearly ever single day.
