A little scared of the lack of roll protection, but neat

That's borking cool. I'd think of it as a kart, I don't see roll protection as being any use. It's so light you could push it off you anyway.
I dunno, steering "below the butt line" and having road debris sprayed on your hands constantly might get old. Looks like it would be fun up until that point though.
He says it's street legal yet I see no rear lights or turn signals?
I agree with Dizzy's assessment...
I'm surprise It took over 2 years to design. What about price? That's crazy!!! Our go3wheeler is a lot safer and more complex will be available for about same price.

Still waiting for that crash analysis data...
While I wouldn't want to be in a crash with either, given the choice I'd take the eBay car. Why? Because it's more "motorcycle-like" in that in the event of a crash you'd likely be thrown from the impact. It's not the fall that kills you, it's that sudden stop. It's a physics thing.
I've crashed enough times at speed to know that the longer it takes to come to a stop, the less severe the injuries I'll have. Maybe more scraped up, but that's what a helmet and leathers are for.
Yeah, we're all following your other thread.....remember that idea about not trying so hard to market stuff. Just focus on building
There is the integration of the motorcycle style motor, with the 'power swing arm" that was mentioned in the other thread.

Oh come on now, don't be so harsh... to bruceNSXguy7
My arms fell asleep just looking at the location of the "handlebars"? Why on earth did they think that was a good spot for them?! They're practically behind the driver!! That contraption looks so sketchy...
