That's wild... strong asking price, but like he says in the ad - go find another one...
Amusing that U-Haul used to rent trucks with manual transmissions... but I seem to remember getting a well-used rental F350 box truck back in the early 90s that had a 4 spd.
Crackpipe pricing.
There's a reason there are so few. It's worth more in scrap metal than it is as a hauler. (Although yes, it would be awesome for Lemons)
In reply to J.A. Ackley :
Given the title, my guess was this was going to be one of the old fiberglass camper trailers that Uhaul used to rent in the 80's. They are highly collectable.
I did not have expect a Courier, but I remember them.
My brother had a Courier ,it was Ex-phone company and had a neat fiberglass shell on the back that had opening side doors that let you get to repair parts and tools.
Seemed like a solid truck back then and I do not remember anything breaking
I wonder what the chances are of a Courier body being able to fit over a more modern small truck chassis, such as the Maverick?
Moved from Denver to So Cal in one of those (I traveled lightly back in those days!) along the way I had to disconnect the speed limiter as it would not let me get a run at an upcoming mountain. I put it back before I turned it in of course. The little trucklet would easily run 65 fully loaded.

Oh, I like that idea.

I had the manual transmission in one of their 24 foot GMCs lock up coming down a mountain at about 2:00 one snowy morning. An adventure in moving indeed!

Change the name on it to Won't Haul and you would have a winner. And add a Turbo T-Bird engine.
