I wish the photos weren't cell phone screenshots, but comes with spares and I kinda really dig the looks of it.

Not opening up that link on my corporate machine, but from the one image shared in this thread, the bed kind of looks well done? Like it seems kind of good all around from the one picture? Can I get a thumbs up or down on this?
unfortunately all of the pics are screenshot copies like the thumb listed, so it's hard to say. There are a few "in process" pics, and, like I said in the title... It doesn't look too hacky from what I can see.
I would love to see this in person, because the actual lines work really well as a Swedish Brat Analog. Super wierd, strangely interested...
I think it's helped by the brick-like shape of the Volvo, but yeah, it looks like at least a little bit of thought was put into it.
Color me interested.
Given the shape of the Volvo, I wonder if you could just cut off the roof of the load bay, weld the top of the hatch to the back of the passenger area, add a cap to the bed sides and rhinoline it. Would be less effective on a car that wasn't designed with a straightedge and a square.
Here's where our own EvanB built one back in 2019. It's great, he's picked up stuff from me in it, and it looks good in person too.
His is the standard cab long bed in a Volvo appropriate blue.
FWIW, I emailed the seller, pictures are fixed and in better resolution now.
He said it has a full backseat with factory belts, and a garage full of volvo spares/upgrades. I wish it was a litttttle closer so I could see it in person and maybe make an offer, because this thing screams 'Rallycross/hammer store runs' cool to me, haha.

Dang, that's rad as heck. It almost looks like it came from the factory like that.
Sadly mine just sits around most of the time these days. I need to start putting more miles on it so it doesn't become a permanent yard ornament.
