As I finish up my AE86 with a fairly fresh engine, I have come to the realization that I am not likely build another 4A-GE/7A-GE anytime soon, so time to part with some of my treasures!
Formula Atlantic style crankshaft by Marine Crankshafts. Billet steel, full counterweight, 42mm big end, standard stroke, has stock-style pump drive flats (unlike some of these this one is compatible with both standard oil pumps and dry sump conversions.) Used with really nice polish job on the journals plus a BNIB set of ACL race bearings included. $1600
Web 119 16-valve camshaft pair. Good used condition. 276 duration, 9.75mm lift. Big mid- and top-end N/A power. These will obviously require a valve spring upgrade and shim-under-bucket conversion. $550/pair
Formula Atlantic dry sump pan. Beefy aluminum casting! Unknown brand. Still has the Formula car mounts, could potentially serve for a crank sensor mount in a production-based chassis, or easy to trim if needed. Designed for three fittings on the intake side. $600
Modified reinforced oil pump housing for dry sump conversions, by Loyning's Engine Service. This is no longer serves as an oil pump, but is needed to house the front main seal and the front sump mounting on a dry sump engine. Welded reinforcement at the typical weak spot for ultra-high-rpm use. $100
Help me realize the dream build I am not going to finish in a reasonable timeframe and take the entire package for $2500 picked up in Portland. I can ship if needed. New this stuff adds up to double that or more, if you could even find it anymore! Not interested in trades unless you have a Lotus Seven parts or a Locost Seven project, or perhaps the right motorcycle or moto project. I also have lots of other less exotic AE86/AW11/4A-GE stuff I am getting ready to part with, so if any of you are thinking about making a drive or asking me to box the stuff up, we should talk before finalizing anything.
