if that engine has not been overheated, a SUPER deal, the 1994 V12 was the best of the factory V12s, forged steel crank, full circle rear seal,many small improvments.(thanks to FORD)
and the 4L80E is a solid overdrive trans.
Super clean. Don't see that around here much.
