2002tii project: Throttle and temperature tweaking

As with any project this big, we ran into some difficulties after we got it on the road.

things I need to work on.

rebuild heater box/fan

either fix or ignore very small oil leak from oil pan (annoyance rather than problem)

alignment

rebalance wheels.

work some more on fuel mixture

adjust exhaust so it doesn't rattle on subframe.

ahhhhh. projects.

Projects yes... But not insurmountable projects...
