This 1983 Honda Civic Wagon was once owned and customized by Rutledge Wood--the same Wood that originally starred in the U.S. version of Top Gear. The Civic has received countless modifications, some of which include an uprated 1.8-liter, DOHC four-cylinder engine from a mid '90s Acura Integra, five-speed gearbox, a stiffer suspension, an eye-searing paint job in the engine bay and a delightfully tartan interior.  While second-generation Civics aren't yet considered collectibles by the masses, This example is hard to beat. Find this Civic Wagon on offer without reserve at Mecum's Chicago sale October 24-26.
