I was offered one of these - a 4.9 engined car, but I did the sensible thing and waited until I had sold my Interceptor convertible before responding and of course it was gone by then.  They have relativel low RPM engines and somewhat agricultural chassis/suspensions but man, are they ever great looking!

Worked out alright for me as I stumbled across a Lamborghini Islero right after I had sold the Interceptor - much higher tech and output V12, more sophisticated chassis/suspension, and very rare in comparison to the Ghible (100 vs.1100 made), but the styling of the Ghibli was just a bit more alluring.
