My 1964 1/2, 6 cylinder, 3 speed in the floor was a treat to drive. If I could find another in turquoise, I would buy it. Only problem, when it rained, the sunken floor in the back seat filled with rainwater. The dealer corrected it after a letter to Ford in Detroit!
Second was a 1967, 6 with an automatic. With less than a 1,000 on the speedo, the steering wheel fell off. The dealer made a real quick repair on that one! Drove it to California pulling a small UHaul trailer. Had to draft semi's to pull up any grades. Traded for a Chevy P/U to drive to Anchorage.
Third was a used 65, 6 with a three speed. Ran hot the entire time I had it. I loved them all. A fun car with outstanding styling.
