I don't know about Fiats, but for classic American cars it's possible to get reproduction windshields and window with the correct manufacturer and date codes on them. Having said that, I think it's only really an issue if you're talking about concours restorations, and even then probably no one is going to notice the difference unless the car is being shown at a national meet. Personally I wouldn't worry about it.
Short of museum/concours type stuff, I doubt anybody cares.

I'd rather have a clear windshield than a correct one.
When the value of your Spider tops $25k or so, then you can start worrying about correctness.
Had you not brought it up, I never would of thought about glass being an originality issue. I just like to see. Old scratchy pitted glass sucks.
