OK, I think we got it...

I do belive I spun some parts of the clutch assembly. The tell tale needle is sitting against the stop. So there was no telling how far the engine spun up too.

No missed shift. It broke the tires loose coming out of a constricting radius turn. I was around 8k with the pedal to the wood. I figured that I didnt need to shift before the next turn, as this was my 5th run of the day. I knew it would end up being around 10K before I lifted...No big deal...but the wheel spin was a game changer! LOL.

I belive that only the spinny clutch parts were damaged. Engine and Xmsn are coming out this week for inspection/replacement...Just in time for winter.

Hopefully that's all it is. A good friend once told me, about a certain engine, you're allowed 10 seconds over the redline; you can take them all at once or one at a time :-)
