How was the classic car market worldwide today? Is it rising or remains the same, because not every classic car is a great investment.

Classic cars are not an investment. However, any of them well bought can be sold 5 years later for about what you paid. That makes them a cheap hobby. Maybe with a steep buy-in, but a cheap hobby none the less.
Restoring a classic is financial irresponsibility at best, but it provides a great sense of achievement.
You really need to declare your value proposition.
I'd love to see the entire market crumble. Then I could afford some of the great cars I used to own and we'd be rid of the non enthusiasts who only buy the cars for investment purposes.
