Just working on some plans for spring, and looks like it's going to be another busy one. Anyone else have way too much lined up?

No... just got our first snow of the ryear last night, albeit a light dusting that will likely be melted by this afternoon.
I am hoping to dig the E30 out of the back yard and into the garage so I can start getting it ready for the auto-x season. No major plans for the GT6. With luck, it'll just get Miata seats, a new stereo and some sound/heat insualtion. The g/f's Spitfire will get new Spax shocks. Really hoping I can finally find time to fix the interior lights on the nice ES.
Andre - speaking of GT6 stuff: BPW is selling a new 68-72 GT6 M/C for 15% off today (2/9/12) only: $132.60 Seems like a really good price (normally $156 and $200 from SpitBits). I'm not sure if I need one, but I'm thinking of getting it anyway just to have.
Engine swap in the Spit race car before the Mitty. Add brakes to the trailer. After a surge in broken DD cars, back finishing up the GT6, getting it on the road after the accident 3 years ago this spring (pictures soon).
Spare time project -At Rolex, in the paddock,I re connected with a racer I met at the Glen last fall. He's selling a 70 GT6 race car, I almost bought it at the Glen, after I raced against him but the timing was wrong for me. I lost his contact info but now I found out the car is still in NY (he winters in FL) at a fellow Spit racers house 2 hours from me. Might add another car to the stable if the price is right.

We are going to launch www.mgacoupe .com this spring selling our MG stash piks link
We are also going to be moving our BMW 630 csi from salvage and a rubber bumper MGB for our 2012 Challenge entry . Got a floorboard to put in an Mgb GT , Wrap the Manx and put it back together .
I bought the low mileage '73 Midget below simply to extract the 1275 engine from it.....to rebuild and put in my A35 racer. I'm rebuilding that 1275 engine in race-spec as we speak.
But after really looking at the Midget, it seemed too solid and nice to cut up or crush. So I took the spare 948 engine I have, cleaned it up (with new rings and rod bearings plus ground valves). Last week I put the 948 in the Midget. It is now running, but I still need to tidy things up and get the brakes working. I have tons of spares already (like a new top), so I can build the entire thing for under $500. I have no interest in making it real nice. In fact, as long as it has decent brakes and suspension, I'll just leave it as a bit of a rat.
I don't really need it; I already have a nice '69 MGB.
But I think it will be sort of fun to have a quasi-rat, sub- 1 liter sports car.
It's a bit of distraction but I'll be back working on the A35 next week.
As bought, five months ago.
Dropping 948 in last week.
The weather was beautiful here yesterday. I couldn't focus on anything all day except getting back behind the wheel of the Europa. Started making my mental plans for work needed, modifications, etc. Time to get the Dave Bean catalog out and start browsing... but alas, spring is still a couple of months away here, and it's still a bit cold to spend any meaningful time in the garage. Not too early to start planning, though

Awesome !
We had a slight chance of snow here in Philly. Ended up with maybe a 1/2" of snow and what looks like 2" of salt. So none of our fun cars will be heading out anytime soon.
Plans for spring? Hopefully to get everything done that I plan on doing before then!
I have to get the CRX ready for autocross, and I have been doing a lot of work on the Mustang. I didn't drive it much last year and hope to rectify that this coming year. Here's the list:
Spring is still a ways off up here on the northcoast, so I'm still hopeful of getting it all done.
