I am looking to purchase a 1982 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce in perfect condition with no modifications. I want a stock car and in Red if possible. Please let me know. It again should be a perfect example, this means perfect paint, no rust ever, think show winner. If you have any leads please let me know. Andy
Just curious, why '82 only? I know it has the Bosch injection and no later spoiler mods.
That is why dave, kind of a last of the good old details and all of the good new mechanical improvements, except the galvanized body that the S4 cars received, all in one car.

Kind of what I thought Andy, but thought I'd ask just in case. '82's are difficult to come by I think. I've never had an '82, but have an '83, '84, '86, '74, and '71, I would imagine the '82 to drive pretty much like the '83 plus cars, but without all the extra adornment.
Out of the many many cars I've owned though, my all time favorite was my '73 GTV. Hopefully they'll slow down on the appreciation curve, I'd like to get another one some day. The Spiders seem to be lagging behind the GTV's which I find sort of odd, as with most cars, the convertibles usually go up faster.
Anyway, I've gotten a bit off topic, good luck with the search.
I have a great lead on an amazing all original 1974 GT Junior. It can be had for about 12k. I would buy it if I did not have other needs. When I say all original I man it. I would call it a #3 condition car with few needs and practically all the rust removed. At the price it is a bargain, it is a totally cool original paint metallic green that still looks terrific. Let me know if you want the info for it.
Too bad it's not a Jr. Zagato.
