Tim's latest project is getting lots of attention, and the updates are starting to roll in.
Here's the first of them.
I won't ruin the story by telling you the master plan here, but it's worth reading. Surely some purists will be up in arms, but I'll be glad to see the car on the road instead of rotting away under a tarp somewhere.

Tom, you're doing the rally before the restoration? I mean, I know y'all will get it running good & safe..but leaving the patina for the tour? If so, this is gonna be good. Make sure there's lots of pictures of the purists' faces..

That's the plan. There's still a LOT of work to be done to get the car mechanically sound and reliable before heading to Montana, but we're gonna give it a shot!
