The Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion was one of the funnest events I've competed in. Sure it's a real circus at the track with the huge crowds, but it's a spectacular car show in every direction. I pitted next to some really cool people. We all treated each like family, I had a few mechanical issues and got help from three different racers nearby. I had more people offer to help then I ever recalled before. The hardest thing about the event is getting lodging for the week and scheduling time for all the events, car shows, auctions, etc. you might want to see while still making it back to the track in time for pre-grid.
