I didn't think it was possible to make a CRX HF slower, but apparently I am wrong.

Now THAT's funny. 
I guess the Honda was too darned reliable for him. 
I consider it brilliant satire... (the level of animosity in the Mini world to VTEC swaps is very high) .... the builder just did it "just because". ;-)
I understand the car is now deceased...
