I registered early with big plans to finish off the Challenge car and do plenty of scientific testing and dialing in for both autocross and drags. Then I went and tore some tendons and landed myself in a sling for 6 weeks and then no lifting anything heavier than a cell phone with that arm for another 4.5 months. Swapping exhaust manifolds, turbos, hoods, seats, etc. promises to be very difficult if not impossible to do one handed, not to mention trying to hand lay a fiberglass wing and mounting a splitter.
I always pride myself on doing all the work myself and learning what I don't know, but I realize it's time to swallow my pride and ask for help.
