In reply to Derick Freese:Mine is ready to fire.Finished the wiring on the engine and put fluid in yesterday.Gotta replace the trans pan gasket but everything else is good.
I still need to get my hands on that critical part that's hopefully going to add power. I need to make sure it fits before I do anything else.
...and you just reminded us how short summer is...
Crap, I still have to get the motor in and trouble shoot before the challenge. Not to mention school starts in August and I'm going to be a Senior so I'll have school to take care of. Lots to do working by myself.

Derick maybe we can get Chip Foose to come do a overhaul on it in a week?? Send him an email.
The build I'm looking at doing shouldn't be too hard. The worst thing is going to be sorting it. I'm aiming at mid-pack to be honest. I'd be thrilled with a top 25 finish.
