Pretty sure most cars take longer to start.
I watched the recent German event after everyone was raving about how great it was. I wonder if Mercedes' pit stop when Hamilton came in with a smashed front wing has the record for the longest pit stop in which nothing was on fire?
Edit: This one:

Yeah, if you aren't expecting him or with wing damage 10 or seconds before he gets there, things don't tend to go smoothly.

Also looks like they weren't expecting to change his tires and that was a last minute decision when the car showed up with the wing damage.

And, I think there was maybe an argument going on about which tires to install, since he had just crashed on softs.

Formula one stopped refueling several years ago. The cars begin with all the fuel they'll need for the race.

Looks like they were also expecting Bottas to come in, not Lewis.

Back when international stage rally allowed unlimited servicing, the Lancia team would switch from ice tires to tarmac tires (or vice-versa) in the middle of a timed stage.
Check out that five headed air gun!
Same tire change but uncut, and from a different angle: Linky, no embeddy
The changing conditions in Monte Carlo meant that this tactic would allow them to win a particular stage by a minute, even though they had a minute or so of downtime while on the clock.
(Also? The sound of the 037... it's like a big angry dirtbike! Gotta love gear driven superchargers on small four cylinder engines)
