What I'm thinking of building toward. Bought the used wheels off Ebay 17X8" and 17X7". Wish they were wider, and may try to find some. Moultrie swapmeet next weekend.

I hear ya and wish......, but I have never fooled with a rotary and would be learning as I go. It seems like my rotary buddy is always chasing issues and breakage. I want the car to be bulletproof.
It is just too easy to make big power with a 5.3l LS, Boost, and Megasquirt.

I owned a Spitfire before ... that frame and a V8 ... wow if you can manage to wedge it in somehow. I suspect there won't be much Spitfire left.
