All: I'm seriously looking at a 2012 T&C Limited (highest trim for '12). I've heard about undersized brakes causing rotor warp / pulsing pedal issues, particularly in the <=2010 version. I know there is a larger rotor and 2-pot brake setup on some models that doesn't have this problem, or at least not nearly as much.
Does anybody know what trim levels and model years got the bigger brakes? My Google-fu is failing me in turning up the specifics.
Thanks!
Normally Mopar would package upgraded brakes with the "trailer tow package."
Looking at the 2015 build sheet online, it looks like that option is only for load leveling suspension, hitch and wiring.
It also looks like the T+C had 2 suspensions, the "sport" and the "touring" which were from different trims (looks like for 2015 the T+C s gets the sport suspension, and you can't get the optional tow package on the base model).
I would be willing to bet if there are larger brakes available it would be with the tow package.
Good luck.

So, March 24 of 2012 is a good build date - seems like most upper trim vans after that got the bigger brakes. I knew the visual difference, but that's not always useful when shopping online.
Awesome information; thanks for the link!
I'm going to be shopping for a pentastar van eventually, is it possible to upgrade a LD equipped van to the HD brakes? What parts are involved? Just caliper/rotor?

My understanding is that it needs rotors, calipers, and pads at both ends, plus the master cylinder. Unfortunately.
