Forgive me if I am simply unable to find them.
At one point GRM had indicated the 2014 rules would be distributed at the $2013 challenge. There was a lot of discussion about rules changes and with the compressed timeline to the next event are the rules ready?
We were given a draft of the rules, David said we should hourly have the final rules by December.
Don't even act like any of you will even start your build until May, anyways.

Is we like there is a link somewhere to this draft or is that We as in people at the Challenge this year?
The changes were not really about any build regulations, mostly it was about budgeting, at this early stage, include everything, then you can delete those parts that will be exempted.
Note, there will not be many exemptions if the competitors vote was heeded at the meeting.
Nothing is in stone at this stage.
