Is there still a GRM deal at Perry's (or anywhere) in 2016? Room rates in Daytona are trending notably higher (in the 20-30% range) than last year from what I've seen, so looking for any help there might be.

unless something changes greatly, it looks like I'll not be there this yr … so folk keep in mind, there might be a GRM ticket for sale come Jan
My 3 tix + parking pass may end up for sale, too. Airfare is pushing 350 to JAX, then there's a rental car for 3 days and rooms at $135/night. If I drive it's 2 days down and 2 days back, which would ding the heck out of my PTO balance and might affect how much family time at Christmas. All in all, it might be better to lay off a year and come back in '17, so we will see in the next few weeks.

Perry's is off the deal this year due to a big volleyball tournament in town. I would check out this place:

I'd love to be there … but as of now, I'm so weak and lacking of stamina, that I wouldn't be able to walk from the GRM tent to the garages … I would be relegated to the tent and the stands across from there … not a fun way to spend a 10 hr drive each way
it would be my first miss in something like 9 or 10 yrs
