Honestly the only thing I don't like is the front bumper. Definitely on board with the rest of the program.
Ford has been doing fantastic things with the higher spec Mustangs (let's say Bullet+), I'm sure this thing is the real deal, supercar killer, etc. The Mustang has some great colors too.
I find the styling a bit overwrought. Ridiculous grills are par for the course these days, but in this case, much of it is legit. I'll complain about the lack of three pedals as well, but for whatever reason it's the way things are going and I there's no doubt the DCT is faster. Nothing we can do but enjoy available manuals while they still exist.

I wouldn't pass the Hellcat Widebody off as a "drag machine" With all that rubber they are pretty good all-arounders. Way more practical than a Camaro or Mustang on the street, (real back seat / decent visibility) and still a ton of fun to throw around a road course / autocross. You can also get a Hellcat Widebody with a manual--- -which is appealing to troglodytes like me!
The Demon--- yes, that is a drag strip specialist. Although they are Bob Costas-cats on the street. Soft spring rates, big sidewalls = smooth comfy ride.
I like this guys take on the 2 vs 3 pedal argument.
And yes he can still be a hypocrite even if he's funny and on the nail with this one.
I like the hood. I hope rows of (functional) louvers become a styling thing and the aftermarket makes one for my thirdgen camaro. 4" cowl induction is NOT a good look.

That was absolutely hysterical!

I agree, then I doubly laughed when I saw his article on the new Supra that seemed to go back on everything he said in the article on the GT500. I assume it was the same author; both are credited to JR Oliver.

I seem to remember seeing some for sale. I'll see if I can find them again.
Thanks man! I am still holding out hope I can get an integrated set molded into the hood in either fiberglass or cf, but bolting a set of those to a flat fiberglass hood is a good backup.
