Yup...remember the 215/50/13 and 175/50/13 sizes? Those were the days...

FWIW, a couple of years ago I used the HTR200 for circle track racing, and one of my competitors had a tire that looked almost identical. It turned out to be some sort of Sumic tire, with the same UTOQ ratings, but I can't remember what the model was. Looking into things further, Sumic is an off-brand of Sumitomo. I suspect it's the same tire, rebadged. Maybe it was the GT60? I don't remember, but it's worth looking into.

Well, the closest thing i can find is the Doral SDL and Sumic GTA (which are the same tire) which have some visual similarity and seemed to come into existence about the same time the HTR200 went away.

I almost bought some 205/50/15 Doral SDL for my Lebaron before i came across a local set of Dunlop DZ101s. I dont like DZ101s but looks are more important than performance on that car and the dunlops look great. I cant think of any other reason i'd have to buy a tire in the available sizes any time soon so it wont be me to try Doral SDLs.

And the only 13" size im spotting is 175/70.
