they had 20% off no exclusions a little while ago. best thing for this is probably the icon hand tools

That one only applied to in stock in store and did not honor inside track prices.
The exclusions do rule out a lot of stuff, but there's some deals to be had. I used the 25% off on a 1000lb lift table this morning.
The HF Store Manager was really worried b/c I hadn't been to the store for a while and personally sent me a no-exclusions coupon. The coupon even has my name on it, how totally cool is that?
I will have to admit that it worked. Hopefully its not too hard to make the Hercules porta-band stand/ table/ miter thingy work with my random bandsaw from Amazon.
And of all the WTFs, as usual the HF cashier asks for phone number (check-out technician? is there an updated name for the job function?). Nope, do you have another number? That's not in the computer either, how about email? Sorry, how about just your name? Nothing, we'll have to add you to the system if you want the extended warranty...
I feel betrayed. Maybe my relationship with the HFT store manager wasn't real after all.

It does. It also works on the 400 piece tool set which is a good way to stock a box. I know a few people that have bought that set to just start over and get rid of the mis matched junk that appears over the years.
There's a limited time promotion going on where if you buy a Bauer 20v, 5 ah battery, you can pick from a selection of power tools for free.
Since I already have a 20v Bauer cordless 1/2" impact, reciprocating saw, and angle grinder, it was a no-brainer. Picked up a battery and a 3/8" brushless drill/driver for just the cost of the battery - which of course will work just fine in my other tools.
