Where is the best deal on the racing suit you would trust wearing?

Used suits are usually the cheapest you can get, but you've gotta spend some time finding one.

gforceoutlet.com has the gforce 545 for super cheap. ogracing.com has a closeouts section, where you can snag last year's suits for relatively cheap. saferacer.com usually has closeouts too, and if you search around you can usually find a 10% off coupon.

I do a lot of drag racing - bracket with my V6 Spitfire and I also run a blown alcohol altered with a partner (6.80 @ 217MPH). For the Spitfire I like the G-Force jacket and pants. I find it fits me well, the price was reasonable and the overall quality is good. For the Altered I use a Leaf suit. My partner uses a Simpson. Both are great. The Leaf was less money and actually seems to be wearing better.

On a side note I tried a G-Force helmet. It was like wearing a cardboard box. I also tried a RCI - same kinda feeling. I ended up buying a Simpson for the Spitfire and a Bel for the Altered.

Just my 2 cents.
