I would, and honestly, the mileage is kind of a draw for me. A million mile m5 would be sweet. But I'm also an automotive masochist when it comes to things like this 

The fact that the seller didn't bother to get the title transferred into his name is a red flag for me, but apparently the previous owner(s) took good care of the car.

Seller comes off pretty well to me. I don't think i would pay 11k for it. I've seen lower miles cars go under 10k and while they may not have been better cars, if you're shopping the bottom of the market, this isn't the bottom.
