That's pretty cool.

I don't think I've ever seen that one before, that's way cool!
Thanks for sharing. (I might have to steal it for a future item )
The Plymouth Voyager II promised small-car efficiency and large-car capacity. Just back into the minivan portion and retract the rear wheels, what could go wrong?
I saw this concept IRL at the New York auto show but, sadly, it never came to be: the Kia Stinger GT4.
It's not quite early 2000's, but it's still 10 years old at this point:
The Honda Project 2&4. There's no way you could ever actually drive it, as it has less driver protection than a 1950's formula 1 car.
But it's still totally sweet.

As I understand it, the GT90 project was responsible for the development of what ultimately became the Aston Martin 5.9L V12 engine. So that makes it even cooler.
I really liked that car, too. But I would suggest that the wording is probably a little too much- it may have lead to the V12 for the Aston, but it wasn't super linked to it. The GT90 had a 90deg V12 based on the 4.6l V8, but used the original 4.0l V8 as the basis, making it a 6.0l V12. There was one even installed in a Town Car.
It was too bad that the GT90 was such a concept, as it meant that it could barely be driven- as the engine torque would bust the glass roof in short order. I never heard who made that car, too.
The Aston V12 was originally installed in the Indigo show car, although the deal with Aston has already been set by the time Reynard was contracted to make the Indigo. So when it showed up at the Detroit Auto Show, it nice to talk with the Aston people when that engine was going to make it into the DB7.
But in terms of looks and raw coolness- the GT90 was way better than the Indigo. And I like to think that it eventually lead to the GT ten years later.
