While the grass may only look greener on the other side of the fence, the cars on the other side of the ocean–and not sold here in the United States–are very much greener.
How do I know? Let me present you five cars that I’m mad, angry, exasperated, vexed and fuming about not bei…
In reply to BoxheadTim :
It's definitely cool, and I wouldn't say no to it, but it lands outside my top 5.
Top 10? It's definitely on there.

I feel like I keep seeing rumors that it's going to come here.
I wasn't super familiar with the Daihatsu Copen but after seeing it on your list and reading more about it, I am upset. I need to review my own list now.
In reply to Paris Van Gorder :
Oh yeah, I'd love to see your list.
And a little peek into my childhood:
I remember getting frustrated because the cars were so slow and harder to drive than the ones in the other games I was playing
It's similar with motorcycles. I don't usually go for this style, but the first time I saw a photo of a Moto Guzzi Bellagio, it was lust at first sight. But, it wasn't offered in the U.S.A.
Put me on the "I WANT MORE COOL WAGONS" list.
If the Levorg came here with a DCT instead of the CVT, I'd probably own one as my next DD. Even if it simply CAME HERE, I'd at least consider it, even with the CVT. The half-baked Impreza RS thing they offer just isn't enough.
If you can't tell, I've been missing my old WRX wagon today.
Honorable Mention for me is the Jimny and other cheap 4x4's like it. We do have a lot of 4x4 options here, but the pricing is unobtainable for a lot of people, even on the basic ones. Having entry level options like the Jimny would be cool.
These Mercedes A200 hatchbacks were all over England. They looked fantastic, sporty and practical and it really made me miss when you could buy something that wasn't a SUV or Crossover here
I would buy a Jimny right now if I could import a new one to the States.
I'd park it right next to this.

Oh, how I wanted a version of one of those. One of the "benefits" of living in a border state (Texas) is that I've seen some cool cars that are sold in Mexico and folks drive them here on vacation. My eyes popped when I saw a M/B AMG A45. AWD, 400+hp, gobs of torque, and I swear, it even had little canards on the front for a bit of that DTM/rally look. It absolutely looked the part.
Photos from a car event in Leander, Texas, in 2012. Ford Focus RS (years prior to the one eventually sold in the States, with plates from Mexico).
One of those Jimnys would be nice.
I don't know what y'all put in Colin's Kool-aid to make him pick the Juke, but please stop it.
John Welsh said:I could forgo the Nissan Juke but sad that we do not get the Corolla Estate.
GR Corolla Estate? Wouldn't that be cool...
I am all for the wagons the Subaru Levorg, the STI are taking a hit in the US, they just need to bring back a WRX Sti in some form of fastback or wagon. I hate to say it but VW bringing in the TAOS eliminated any effort of VW bringing back wagons. If budget was no object I would find a way to register a BMW M3 Touring in the US.
My better half bought a2015 Audi S3 Launch Edition when they came out and enjoyed it so much she kept it for 6-7 years. When shopping for a new vehicle, I looked to see if the SQ3 or even better the RS Q3 were going to be available here in the USA. Nope. Damnit! Looked like a cute and fun little SUV and I think she would have enjoyed it, but no luck.

One of like three cars sold in the world today where I would walk straight into the dealer and buy one brand new without a second thought. Amazing selection of honest-to-god colors, too.
Remember when people complained that the ONLY STi available was a wagon?
Then they made a trunk version and we found that its proportions were weird and maybe Subaru was right...
Not necessarily mad it's not here but curious to how Mazda's new 6 would have been received here. Would it have competed well with Hyundai Ioniqs that I'm seeing everywhere?
It's exclusive to the Chinese market, RWD, and electric or PHEV. The EV version is supposed to have a 370 mile range which is way better than the 130 miles of the MX-30.
