I think I've been playing too much Fallout because this ugly pile looks kinda cool.

Maybe ram a bigger modern or easily swapped in engine and make it a ridiculous challenge car......

No title would be a deal breaker for me. 

Cool cars though. 

I wonder how much the price goes up with title. It already hits two of the three: rusty and no title... all it needs is "ran when parked".

My dad had a '60.  A-arms are prone to break.  There are ways to remedy that today.

It has a doesn't start but seems close.

Because a vehicle starting is something that you can instinctively feel, like dogs and earthquakes.

Looks cool buy i i wouldnt touch it without a title anyway
