As long as it's a conical seat lug, I don't have issue with the hub bore difference.
No on bolt pattern difference. I know the challenger and charger guys oval's ford pattern wheels to fit but that just doesn't sit good with me.
I have done both with no ill effect, with 5x120 wheels on 5x4.75" (=120.65 mm) bolt circles and Vice versa.
In your example, hub diameter difference is 0.2 mm = 0.008", and bolt circle difference is 0.7 mm = 0.028".
with conical tapered lug seats, as long as I go around the star pattern in about 20 ft-lb increments, I've never had an issue and wouldn't lose a minute of sleep over doing it again.
