I mean, I don't hate it. If you had a 911 GT3 RS already, this would be a good DD.
I know there's a lot more to it, but I sometimes try to convince myself that "rally car" and "stock" have a lot of overlap in terms of ride height/spring rate tradeoffs.
This taking a car from the low/stiff end of the spectrum and raising it feels a bit like adding Extreme and Negative Extreme to the baseline to arrive at Normal.
Of course, stock average ride height isn't usually on high-end dampers and a boatload of other important differences.
My friend built a replica of the Rothman Paris to Dakar rally car about 20 years ago,
looked cool but it was 10 years before it's time and was not a hit !

Gone too soon.
230K with minimal options. They are smoking something and I want it, also they will sell at 2500 of them in the next two days.

Air ride system. Car sits 50mm above the standard ROW suspension, then lifts another 30mm. Above 105mph it drops to the standard height.
Ummm , I would love to see what people do to these in the next few years ,
Raise them another 6 inches or so , skid plates and push bars etc ,
As sold they look a little boring !
Taking the 911 into the premium CUV market, I see
Kidding. I think it's cool but it needs more rally lights.

Where are you seeing that and does it mention the vendor?
Internally designed part to my knowledge. Heights were told to me by a rep and confirmed on top gear that the the best data I have. Will see them again on Sunday and ask for specifics.
What I am hearing on this specific model this was a test to see if people would actually buy it. If so and the demand stays high, plus they get good press then it would be something the sell near the end of each 911 chassis revision. Similiar to the RS models. Again just hearsay.
