Sadly I actually deciphered that. 1963 Chevrolet Corvair Spider. Runs great. Phone call only, best offers. Yes, it is Turbocharged. I need a daily driver. This car is missing the hood and top. Cash talks.
But yes... what the hell. I think this is what you get when you legalize drugs :P
Or, he'd been working on it for several days and couldn't get it to run or something else broke, so in his frustration (probably threatening the car while typing) spit out a CL ad on his phone.....
I've cussed out a car before and could see myself resort to threats at said car with a CL ad.

In other variations of the ad, after the word "torbo" it ends in:
"rear car need some wiring and top call"
"rear car need some work must go"
.
Presumably the same seller also has another ad:
1957 chve 4 door have 90000 oregenel mile 3 speed run like new car
.
...Of course, none have photos that show WTF they're talking about.
I think ads like these are typed while drunk. I'm a quite capable speller and grammar nazi, but I've noticed, after getting a few in me, my typing on forums goes to crap and I go back the next day, flabbergasted at the hooch that typed the bad engrish. Only to be shocked when I see my forum name to the left...
Or the seller is just barely literate. Still happens in the US - I know a guy who worked his whole life as a crane operator and reading just isn't in his skill set. My mother in law is doing all his paperwork for him.

I feel compelled to test your hypothesis.
I saw a similar ad the other day while looking for small tractors. One line said that the ying is good. I looked at it a few times and I think i figured it out, he was trying to say the wiring is good. He spelled it like it sounds, you know, when he says it. Y-ing. Y-ing. Let that sink in a minute. Y-ing.
