The price is crazy (over $36K for the pair) and there's no mention of any required intake or exhaust changes which I would assume will add significantly to the cost, but man do they look cool:

The exhaust flange looks like it might be the same, but by the time you build a motor and gently slap these on a custom exhaust and intake might not seem too pricey!

These will sell like hotcakes............
So, 8 valves per cylinder?

Uh, I didn't read their entire website, but I don't see a way to buy a single head, only a pair.
I don't think it's technically wrong to call it a "24 valve cylinder head kit" as they do on their website. Perhaps "cylinder headS kit" might be more specific and descriptive. I also doubt the target market is buying a single head for one bank of three this month, and saving up several paychecks in hopes of being able to afford the other side head after the holidays.
I wonder about thermal stress. Porsche stuck to 2 valve per cylinder because it was hard to air cool the heads with another pair of valves in the way.

Trying not to be snarky, but I could see the heat cycles and longevicy targets that a classic porsche was designed around being significantly higher than what they are currently undergoing.
EDIT: On the flipside metalurgy has probably come a long way, and the flow rates do appear significantly improved. Some technical specs here: https://server.swindonpowertrain.com/documents/TestImage/M64%2024V%20Cylinder%20Head%20Kit%20Product%20Sheet%200923.pdf

That is not snark in the least. The kind of people to spend the money for this are not the kind of people Porsche was engineering for. They wanted to build an engine you could bolt the throttle to the firewall and not have to think about it. When they went to 4 valve heads in racing turbo applications they water cooled the heads. This is the kind of engineering that gave them their racing legacy.
I note that the rare Arao 4 valve heads for 914 engines align the valves EI IE. The exhausts are on the outside of the engine, not underneath!
I wonder if these heads are on Tuthill s motor that does 11,000 RPM ?
In reply to californiamilleghia :
From Tuthill's website: "3.1 ltr short stroke 4 valve engine"
I couldn't find mention of where they source the heads.

Just found it; Tuthill might not be bragging about the partnership, but Swindon is:
