i have been a very busy beaver the past few weeks with going to a crusie night and learning about 2 car show in kenosaha wiscoinsin. the first one was at the amc engine plant and was fun, the next one was a week later downtown k-town and lots of very cool cars. more amcs at the first show then the next one though and i took lots of shots. i did pick up a book all about the history of amc that was very cool and all the companys that where in line to where it is today. anyone heard of the jeffery company? nash? hudson? kasier? just a few compnays in the family tree leading to amc. i need to take a pic of the book and a good reveiw for everyone to check out but it was a very cool read. anyway, onto pics of the first show that i took.

Hey for a few bucks you can buy the Kenosha engine plant...so the story goes it comes with licensing to produce old chrysler motors - even the jeep 4.0.

this was not at the show, i found this 1950 bently on the way to the show downtown. its owned by an older dude in town and i stoped into ask to take a pic and ask himn about this car. its agood 10 foot car, the paint is cracking in a few spots though and he made the trunk on the back. but still a very nice ride.

K-Town? Where's that?

It looks like Beloit, but maybe all of WI looks the same.

Yay! AMC's!

Any pics of that Gold AMX? It looks to be Scarab Gold, which is a 68-only color and what my dad's car was new (it's been midnight blue my entire life).
