Because I did this morning. Fully licensed and everything, apparently just having left GM Canada's headquarters. It looked... purposeful, I think is the word.

I'm fairly certain I saw a C7 development mule out here in MD.
In fact, I've seen several GM test cars in various guises over the last year. I guess I live right near one of their routes.
I saw one on 270 south of Frederick MD while driving home from Summit Point last month. It's a little fast n' furious looking for my taste, but I'd buy a fully depreciated one in ten years.
I've seen one (or maybe two the same color) here outside DC. The town next to mine is one of those places where everyone either has awesome vintage cars, or they constantly have the hottest new thing. Plus it has the hilly/wooded roads so all the sportscar guys go there to cruise.
I've seen two here in NW Ohio; a smoke silver and a dark red version. I like it more than I expected!

See them just about every day. It doesnt really count though since I'm in Bowling Green
I'm not sure I'm a fan of the rear styling. I hope it grows on me

I'm in Etown, and have seen quite a few up here too. I was iffy on the tail lights until I saw it in person. They work with the rest of the car. The magazine pics just made it look akward, but its a great looking car in the flesh.
Saw one on Woodward last week. Blue, looked great.
I've seen a few with Manufacturer plates, and a few with normal places. I assume the ones with normal plates are executive-sale cars.
I've also seen a ton of Fiesta STs and the new Rangers rolling around Dearborn/Downriver area.
But then again, this is Detroit. YMMV
I've yet to see one in Fairfax county or Miami-Dade and you'd think those would produce at least one customer.
Yes, I see new cars on the 95 north of vegas all the time. Mostly chrysler stuff tho but i think those are factory vehicles the C7 was owned by some contractor at Creech i suspect
I've seen a few. They look decent from a certain angle, but they still look over-styled. Saw one in white, that was the best color I'd seen yet.
Yep. Being less than an hour from the factory, I've seen a few of them hammering up and down the expressway. Looks nicer in person than in pics.

The one I saw had the DIesel and full leather. It was trimmed in the same Orange that the Raptor comes in, interior was on the same level too. REALLY cool truck.
I've seen pleny of them, both M plates and regular plates. I really like them. SWMBO prefers the C6, she thinks they are trying too hard for 'the Lamboghini look' and finds them over styled. I think they look awesome in red and really like they are no longer looking so slabby from the rear which was always an issue with the C6 and even more so with the C5

There are a ton of C7s driving around the metro Detroit area (have been for a little while now). I don't even stop and stare anymore.
someone in my neighborhood has one with standard plates on it. I am going to have to follow him home one day to check it out. My other neighbor ownes one of the Chevy delaerships so I hope to drive one his soon. I like the look of them alot.
There have been a few down here with manufacturor plates......the people don't seem to be hooning them though.
When the M plated '13 SHO's were roaming around, it wasn't uncommon to be out on I-69 and have 2-3 of them zip past at triple digits.....
