That is possible, Vigo, but I am pretty sure it was the owner working on this one. What makes this even funnier to me is all of the bolts were in numbered bags, but more than that for the bolt hole locations had matching numbers. The 4 screws holding the quarter trim with #1 and as you went it #2, #3, and so forth all the way to the battery and back.
Putting a fuse back in the wrong location is exactly the type of mistake I would make.
