Not done a gen iv yet but what are the questions? I've done several gen3 harnesses. The new computers are tiny, so I probably will be trying to get my hands on one sooner rather than later.
I plan on bolting it to my th350 for now, so I'd like to remove the trans wiring and I am curious if anything might have a shared function and need to stay.
Also there aren't many specifics on the CAN wires to the DLC and if there are any tricks needed to retain functionality.
Got a trustworthy source to have my vats disabled and the rest of the nonsense I wont be needing?

I don't have any tuning software yet. How much adjustment is available to the VSS inputs? Will I be able to make a 4 pulses per rev speedo drive adapter work? I stumbled across one in the garage today.
If i get a chance tomorrow i'll open up hptuners and see if i cam get your speedo answer. It turns off vats just fine.
