Friend there said it's 1 year suspension and 1 year probation after that. And at least the suspension should keep him out of other racing leagues because he won't have a clean racing license...?
My 2 cents: ban for life. I don't want to be out there with that guy. No excuses.

My son and I were watching the start of the Spec Pinata race at turn 5. Right next to us were two golf carts full of SCCA stewards. They had phones at the ready to record any shenanigans and they were also talking about the incident with Sloe. He has the right to appeal the penalty and apparently has.

Super level headed and clearly belongs in top tier motorsports competitions. (/sarcasm) At least with him there i'm less likely to come across him on the track.
