Wanted to start tracking how much oil / transmission fluid I'm putting into this thing every month...
What is that? 250-500?
I have an enormous car check spreadsheet -- but I use it to check performance stats, SCCA classes and market values.
I have a tiny composition notebook I keep in the glove box I just write the miles/date of any maintenance or setup changes made.
If I had to add oil, I would write down how much, you can look back and calculate how many quarts per 1000mi it's taking.
GM has a TSB that includes a handy oil consumption log sheet if that's what you need. I can't find it at this moment, but can get it during the week if you want it, but it's basically just a bunch of lines you fill out date with oil type and amount added. And instructions on how to conduct the test(engine hot after driving a while, turn off, let sit 10+min before establishing oil level before adding any).
