The oil catch pan thread reminds me..long commute, 5K went by quickly.

I've injured my ribcage, it hurts to cough. Don't even want to think about using the jack, and seriously don't feel like it would be safe for me to be under the car (filter on a K series is on the back of the lump, right?). However, I don't want to take the thing to a Jiffy-Lube type place, either. IMO, those places participate in the World Cross-threading Championship.

Soooo...anyone know a good Honda shop in northwest metro? Acworth/Woodstock/Marietta's what I'm looking for. I'd prefer an indie shop with some sort of motorsport connection (roadrace/drift/drag/whatever), but would consider an honest indie shop that serves 'civilians', or even a dealer who is not Hennessy Honda.

Doesn't Anti-stance work at a shop in woodstock?

Do you just need an oil change?

A tire shop, IIRC. Don't know if they do regular maint or not. I'll ping him on facebook and ask.

And thanks for the tip, Dave. I think I've actually heard of them before, and I'll check 'em out.

Way back in the day I used to take my Civic to Hondamotive on Cobb Parkway, which I believe is in Marietta, or at least pretty close. Back then it was a bunch of old school mechanics, dunno who works there now though.
